A software for better communication that is simple to set up and learn

PROS: It is simple to set up and learn. It also offers excellent features such as mapping, creating teams, duplicate removal and more. CONS: The mobile versions are pretty good, but not as good and thorough as the desktop version. I hope to see improvements on the mobile versions soon.

Perfect for managing workflows!

PROS: I really love the drag-and-drop capabilities of Nutshell's interface. It makes everything easier -- from organizing contact profiles and tracking sales. It also has the ability to assess trends in the market which we find really helpful in strategizing. It also works perfectly when integrated with other apps, especially mailer apps. Best CRM tool available in the market!

PROS: For me, the best features of this intuitive software are its outreach tool, contact management system, and calendar! I love how it manages data and track emails better than other CRM software out there. CONS: Nutshell is not that customizable. You have to allot time and effort to do it, given that there's also a limited resource for tutorials. Managing deals can also be tricky because of how the system was structured. Integration is a bit challenging. Navigation can still be improved.

What do you like best about Nutshell? Simple to understand, I enjoy the intuitive features. What do you dislike about Nutshell? I want to be able to create a drip campaign for multiple users. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you? We used to try and stay organized out of GSuite. It's impossible. This is a great solution and the team helps with answers via chat.
