What do you like best about Nutshell? Nutshell has all the features of an expensive CRM, but you have the option to use them or not. Tracking all emails by lead keeps everything in one place and saves lots of time trying to remember OR FIND what you sent to a customer. What do you dislike about Nutshell? What do you like best about Nutshell? Being able to see all of our lead activity and correspondence from one place. The help section is detailed and easy to understand. Customer service is also very responsive and super helpful. What do you dislike about Nutshell? What do you like best about Nutshell? The screen is not cluttered and it's easy to use. Having said that it's also powerful. I have tried many others and like Nutshell the best. PROS: When I started with my business I was looking for an easy-to-use, intuitive and clever application, and then I found Nutshell. What I really love about this app is the sales tools. Making the sales process with Nutshell was very easy, everything was described in detail. Also if you have multiple tasks you can share with your team members and after finishing the task the task is automatically marked as completed and you can move on the next task. Solid product for your business

PROS: I love how Nutshell works, especially the dashboard activities give me information about the sales and give me instruction about what I need to do next to achieve my goal. Also, I am very amazed how I can easily create multiple sales processes. Nutshell has saved my time with its ability to organize things for me.
