What do you like best about Nutshell? An easy way to keep complex customer data organized. I like that new features are constantly being developed. Intuitive to use. What do you like best about Nutshell? I've used a number of the "leading" CRMs in my career, and Nutshell is far and away the most accessible and intuitive system that I've used.
