"Intuitive platform and responsive staff"
What do you like best about NovoEd? Compared to other very pricey learning management systems out there, NovoEd fits within our budget while also offering everything we need. The staff is incredibly warm and helpful (especially Rebecca!) and responsive to our needs or questions that arise. Many of the recent updates have made NovoEd much easier to use from a course-building standpoint.

"Good platform but inconsistent support from staff."
What do you like best about NovoEd? Going from using Google Classroom courses to NovoEd has been a total game changer! I love how easy it is to create a new course (once you get the language down of how the system works), particularly being able to copy lessons/lesson content, easily move lessons around, embed different forms of content (e.g. videos, Google files, pdf's, etc), and the ease of using the platform among learners and admins/teachers.

"Great customer support, robust features"
What do you like best about NovoEd? Our customer success person is extremely responsive and helpful, and always willing to hop on a call to demo a feature or explain something we're unclear on. There are quite a lot of features built out, especially around social interactions on the learning platform.

"Excellent Platform for Social Learning"
What do you like best about NovoEd? The most helpful thing about NovoEd is their amazing customer support. They take care of their customers. I also love the platform itself. The UI and UX are great, and the social layer adds something special. Students are able to form crews, review each others' work, and chat with each other.
