They are very responsive when I need anyting. I quickly got a deposit limit adjustment when I needed it. I also find their platform easy to use!

Novo’s mobile app is user-friendly and easy to understand. They do a good job at updating the app with new features that are useful for small businesses, especially as a relates to integrations.
