Great for small businesses and startups.

I first chose Novo because it was a virtual bank with which I could create a business account. I didn't have time to walk into a local branch to set up an account somewhere else. Secondly, they didn't have a minimum balance requirement, which is handy for startups. The monthly allotment of transfers, deposits, etc. is plenty for me starting out. I even used its invoice feature before getting another program for invoicing.

I love Novo!

I love Novo! I have used them now for a couple years for Business and I couldnt be happier! They watch things closely and if there is any problems they are quick to help. Honestly, I think I have only had a couple fraud alerts, have to OK it in the app and card is good to go again.

I have been using Novo for over a year after a bad experience with Wells Fargo. They have worked pretty well.
