Novo was easy to apply for and the website and app are easy to use. Whenever I've had a question, someone has gotten back to me quickly. I like the features that are available. Overall, I've had a great experience with Novo.

We are giving Novo a 5 star
We are giving Novo a 5 star. We signed up about a year ago but just moved our business banking over to BankNovo.com as of about 1 week ago. We had some questions and calling the number on the back of our Debt card was answered by a friendly knowledgeable customer service rep. We posted a few support tickets and received a response within 12 to 24 hours. We find the integrations are just what we were looking for and fit well within our business portfolio. Good product , terrible support model
Good product , terrible support. The support model is horrible , You can not call anyone, the number on the back of the card goes to voicemail. When you finally do get someone it takes forever to get through an issue using the support messaging . We have had many times that we could not get our money out to make purchases . Planning on looking elsewhere to do our business banking

The worst bank ever.
The worst bank ever.. the number listed for lost debit card is not real!! the support chat bot goes in circles I cannot deactivate my account.. It's ridiculous All false reviews.
