Service is poor and requesting help is a waste of time.

An account was created using my credentials that I later found out after receiving a letter thanking me for opening an account. I try to close it because I don’t need it yet, I’m told I have to provide all of my information for the bank to know it’s really me. After providing everything, I’m told to make a new account to close the one that was opened? Does that make any sense whatsoever? Awful experience, stay away

I applied for a business checking account for my corp and was mysteriously denied, despite complete corporate credentials prepared by a law firm, and a long excellent credit history. When I contacted customer service asking for the reason for denial, I was told they could not provide any reason, and moreover I could not speak to the underwriter to get more clarity in the situation. So far I’ve experienced the worst experience. I was approved for a ppp loan & decided to have to funds sent to my novo account. This was last week it takes no more than 2 to 3 business days for funds to be shown in the account. Here we are almost a week later and nothing! I’m contacting the sba fraud department now!
