Great app for small online business, bad support

I've been using Novo for a while with two separate businesses and I would recommend it for online businesses that are very small. The app works very well and I like that they're always adding new features. It has fulfilled my business needs so far. The support sucks though. It's usually not a problem, because the app works well most of the time, but there's bound to be a problem once in a while and because Novo doesn't really have customer support, it's a terrible experience when a problem ...

I do my banking for my LLC through Novo. They have the best app for banking. I can recommend them with no hesitation.

Good solid platform

Good solid platform. They are continuing to add new features. The only real issue is the chargeback system. It is heavily geared to work for merchants, not cardholders. I had placed an order with the US Postal service for stamps and never received the order. The government gave me the runaround and by the time I got the proof, NOVO would not let me chargeback. I lost over $300 in undelivered stamps.
