TERRIBLE Customer Service. Worst banking experience I've ever had.
Novo is the worst "bank" experience I have ever had the displeasure of experiencing. Their customer service is absolutely abysmal. I've had my novo account for several months and it seemed to work well but then suddenly all of my debit cards quit working and several recurring transactions setup failed. There's plenty of money in the account but transactions are failing due to "Security". Please inform me how my recurring monthly payment to Shopify was flagged for "security". It's not as if ...
