Solid business checking

Does what I need it to do. Won't wow you with high-speed transactions (can perform some) but in terms of a business checking account it is pretty solid and with no fees I'm happy to continue using it.

Unhappy about checks being denied only…

Unhappy about checks being denied only to be told I need to get another check from the customer to again be denied. Will be looking elsewhere. Totally would not recommend.

JUST DONT

JUST DONT. Protect your business and go elsewhere. They have zero customer service, reporting fraud incidents is incredibly difficult, and they are NOT here to help or serve you as a business owner, they’re here to profit only. It was so bad with a fraud issue once I contacted Middlesex bank which they work under - Middlesex gets so many calls from people like me that the supervisor I ended up speaking with said his recommendation is that I leave Novo and take my business elsewhere - ...

Love it!
