The overall experience is easy
The overall experience is easy. Everything is clear and very easy to use. Fees are are all shown up front. Getting in touch with them is easy and they actually followed until issues are resolved. I hate the fee structure but if force you to really think, do you really need to borrow the money, is there no other solution before taking the loan from them.
