Terrible experience

Terrible experience I bought an item which was immediately refunded to me on behalf of the seller. However the money did not appear in my account yet. After speaking to novo i was told the charges will take 2 weeks to stop pending and the money will be deposited into my account. A month and some change later and I still don’t have the money.
