Debit card replacement

I’ve been using Novo for my banking for a couple of years now and they have been great. A couple of weeks ago I broke debit card and they had a new one in my hands in 4 days which included a weekend.

I love Novo

I love Novo. No crazy fees, easy to use. I wish I could use them for my personal banking too!

I have been with Novo 2.5 years, and it has been a love/hate relationship. When things go right they have good system but when you have a problem that at a noral bank that would take 10 minutes to fix, at Novo if you get luckey figure 2 days just to get support then they are untrained and will give you canned answer that makes no sense as to your issue.
