Notion has completely transformed the way I organize, collaborate, and manage information across projects and teams. It’s an incredibly powerful and flexible tool that functions as a knowledge base, document library, and task manager all in one. Its customization capabilities let me build anything from CRM systems to editorial calendars without writing a single ...Read more
Notion seamlessly combines note-taking, task management, knowledge base, and project collaboration into one intuitive platform, eliminating the need for switching between multiple apps.
Users can tailor pages and workflows with databases, Kanban boards, calendars, and templates to suit personal or team needs, promoting efficiency and clarity.
Real-time editing, shared workspaces, comments, and mentions make collaboration smooth and ideal for distributed teams.
Every piece of content is indexed and instantly searchable, making it easy to locate documents, tasks, or even specific discussions quickly.
Notion’s performance in offline mode is subpar, which may frustrate users who frequently work without internet access.
While it integrates with tools like Zapier, Notion lacks built-in automation and time tracking, which could limit its use in more complex workflow environments.

Notion can be whatever you want it to be!
What do you like best? Notion is incredibly versatile. Which style of productivity app do you like best: kanban style, spreadsheet, old fashioned checklist? Notion can do them all--at the same time! The best thing about Notion is that you configure it yourself so you get exactly what you want. There are plenty of useful templates available so you don't have to start from nothing, unless you want to build it all yourself. There's a bit of a learning curve. But there is plenty of help ...

What Evernote & G-Drive Should Been
What do you like best? OH MY GOD, THE PRICE. Notion should be charging way more for the value it provides. + the Fluidity of the platform and ease of rearranging information, pages, sections, and relating/connecting documents and pages. Goodbye to the nightmare of hyperlinking everything What do you dislike? Some functionality is limited, i.e. PLEASE ADD CRM INTEGRATIONS WITH SALESFORCE EVEN IF ITS LIMITED. Additionally, if I have an excel sheet with data that needs to be added to an ...

Great tool to gather all your important notes and work in one place
What do you like best? It's simple to use. It's a bundle of different tools at a very reasonable price. I think that's one of the best solutions when you're freelancer. You can use use it professionally as well as for the personal organization. What I like in Notion in the freedom you have to create what you want the way you want. I use it for my OKR (work) as well as for my next christmas wishlist (personal). One of the most important Notion features is a powerful note-taking. You ...

Absolutely essential for any business
What do you like best? It's the single most important tool for any startup or business. You don't realise how much information there is flowing through a business until you see it all laid out in a wiki like Notion. It's a super flexible system and everybody we got on it loves using it. What do you dislike? Sometimes might be a little too complex for new people to get their heads round to how it works. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? ...

Notion is so powerful
Notion is so powerful, it's the first thing since mind mapping to seem like a viable way to get out my rapid stream of thoughts and organize them! The new release, from my short view is just another step in a massive featureset that feels like the perfect mix of desktop wiki, notes app, markdown (or markdown-esque) editor, with collaborations and now tables.

Beyond note taking, possibilities are many!
What do you like best? I switched from evernote and Notion was a refreshing, the layout, nesting notes and the elements within the notes. I've moved all my documentation and meeting notes here from paid Evernote. Now sharing notes with clients and my team is a breeze. I especially like the elements such as headers and intuitive tables that have things easy. I'm presently trying the wiki function. What do you dislike? It's taking time to learn all the features, on-boarding could be ...

Excellent note taking app
Excellent note taking app, you can do incredible things like create databases for your information and view them anyway you like (task list, calendar, gallery..), works great for collaboration, you can create multiple branches of pages inside one another and it has a dark mode!

Notion has changed my expectations for all future documentation tools
What do you like best? Being able to hand craft everything I'm needing at this current time, live in a document, with just my keyboard is a phenomenal experience. Being able to create a new dataset in a table, visualize it as a calendar, drill down by custom properties, and link that same database inside another document? Life changing features. What do you dislike? While I'd say my number one benefit of Notion is keyboard controls, it struggles to provide the same comfort to regular ...
