No logging, fast speed, great support via chat
I have been using Nord for years now. The speeds are very fast - I can download at over 9 megabytes / s (note that is 80 Mbps) and even that is probably limited by my connection. It connects very fast, allows 5 connections at once, and has completely no logging (connection or activity). On top of that - the human support via chat is incredible, you can get to a human and they are very fast and efficient. Very happy with Nord.

Customer support saves the day
I've misspelled my account after paying it for the service which would mean I couldn't have what I paid for due to my stupidity. I was able to solve this in a matter of minutes which was great, not only time saver but money well spent with great customer care
