Great Product, Pleasant & Patient Support
I’ve had several of the same issues with using broadcast apps while abroad — device blocks VPNs so using a workaround from NordVPN — Frustration was high and time/focused was compromised from caring for two sick young children; Maria from customer service began the call with a warm greeting, was super helpful, really patient while waiting for me to handle tasks on my end, and made sure to wait until all was working before hanging up, in fact, it was me that initiatiated the end of the call. ...

Alternative servers addresses
Since Russian authorities block VPN services, I addressed my question to NVPN helpdesk to probably have some solution. As a result I received list of alternative servers for manual setup. Unfortunately, all of them were also blocked. Then I got one more bulk of servers same story. But the third one was just right. I am really grateful for prompt support - strongly recommend Nord VPN for all, especially for the counties like Russia where the authorities banish the vpn services.

Great customer service experience
Due to a power outage, I lost my ongoing connection with one of the NordVPN servers, and I could not reconnect no matter what I've tried. Consequently, I contacted the customer service, and after some time wasted with a robot (who the heck invented these useless computerized answers?) Funny story
Funny story, j/k Recently (2018 to present), every cell phone I have owned has either grew feet and walked away or jumped out of my hands at some point and cracked the screen or camera lens. Sometimes both.
