NordVPN: Integrity and an Iron Clad Guarantee
I bought the NordVPN to watch the NCAA final four weekend on my Xbox one. My console only would allow me to use the VPN service only through a PC which I did not own. I had a VPN on my phone already provided by my wireless carrier so I couldn't use NordVPN and ask for a refund the very next day. Erina created a great customer experience
Erina created a great customer experience. She was challenged by me in regards to their offer. I wanted a better deal having in mind their old 3 years offer. While that is no longer in their portfolio, Erina checked what she can do to help me, the customer; she offered me an option I have accepted immediately. Best VPN on the market in my humble…
Best VPN on the market in my humble opinion.. I’ve now used for two years and I’ve this month just subscribed for another two years. I hope that says everything about the seamless user friendly interface. Excellent protection.

Had issues with connecting to the VPN…
Had issues with connecting to the VPN on my university network. Agnes helped me troubleshoot initaly by cross checking my settings and then by giving me manual config files, when neither of those worked. She gave me an OpenVPN servers and then the system level VPN settings for windows (after registry edits, etc) which finally did the trick. Super cool customer service...
