Nordvpn crashing on Android 11 tv box
I contacted the chat support because after installing the Nordvpn app from the google play store on my Android 11 tv box, i couldn't get it to run. After starting it'll just crush! I had a chat session with Jacob who gave me a couple of tips like uninstalling and restarting the box and do a new installation. Since these did not solve the issue, he sent me a link for an apk file for the app. After installing and restarting the box, the app worked like a charm. Jacob made my day, he was very ...

Great customer service!
Brad in the connectivity dept was extremely helpful with a lot of trial and error in getting my VPN to finally register. Knowledgable and patient, his help was very appreciated! Garfield also assisted me in the beginning of my chat, and he was also very helpful and connected me with Brad.

Best VPN on the market in my humble opinion.. I’ve now used for two years and I’ve this month just subscribed for another two years. I hope that says everything about the seamless user friendly interface. Excellent protection.

Erina created a great customer experience
Erina created a great customer experience. She was challenged by me in regards to their offer. I wanted a better deal having in mind their old 3 years offer. While that is no longer in their portfolio, Erina checked what she can do to help me, the customer; she offered me an option I have accepted immediately.
