Great support
Nordvpn is consistently the only customer service that knows what they're doing. They don't (usually) suggest a bunch of stupid crap that you've already tried. Very knowledgeable. I mean, the downside is that things break so often with the client that the support is needed. The fixes suggested are usually ungoogleable. This is linux, so some pain is always expected whenever there's a change/upgrade.
