Excellent and very human support
Support agent Eryc provided excellent support when I had a minor connection issue with my otherwise working nordvpn account using my Linux terminal. Support given was prompt, perceptive, informative, and my issue was resolved perfectly.

It's Gotten Better!
I've been with NordVPN for roughly a year now, and while my first few months with them were rocky, things have smoothed out significantly during the past 3-4 months. In fact, now, when I use NordVPN, the connections come up right away and remain solid for pretty much as long as the workstation or computer is powered on. Even with the (up to now) unusual setup…
Even with the (up to now) unusual setup (Windows 11 & ARM based 64bit system) the support team provided a solution which works.

Tech support chat a good endorsement for NordVPN
I was canceling my VPN subscription. He suggested some troubleshooting ideas and when I stated I still wanted to cancel, gave me clear instructions how to do it. Also sent screenshots to back up the steps he gave to do and waited until I was able to sort it out. This experience makes me more likely to go back to using this VPN in the future....it's hard to overstate how much the quality of the tech support matters.
