NordVPN not connecting through modem
NordVPN not connecting through modem. Problem was complex but everything resolved cheerfully & efficiently. Nice work!

Account breach, resolved with no issues
Had my account breached and MFA was added, even in a bit of a panic Brooke in the live chat was super patient with me when finding info to get my account back. Never have I had customer service that willing to help someone. 10/10
