I'd really like to underline this. My few months long customer experience with Nord services and Customer service has been the best I've ever encountered, and I'm a heavy internet user. The services work, they do what they are promised to do, and whenever some questions come up, I get to talk to the most friendly and helpful people online ever. The people who helped me were very… caring and easy to talk to.
The people who helped me were very knowledgeable about the questions that I asked. They had a pleasant demeanor about my concerns and I felt very cared for. Maeve and eugenia provided me with continuous care which I really liked. Thank you for the help!!

I couldn't be happier with Nord…
I couldn't be happier with Nord customer service. I have an old mac and sometimes configurations can be a bit awkward but they are always really helpful and quick to sort any queries via chat. I've recommended it to all my friends. Speeds are much faster than with my previous VPN service (which used to take days to reply to my queries)
