I wasn't able to sync my photos to Lightroom cloud with NordVPN on. Ethan was able to walk me through the different fixes and found a way to get Lightroom search to be on-line with NordVPN active. Thank you so much, Ethan

Am an absolute LUDDITE -- I barely understand computer lingo. Had trouble setting up my Nord account. Just had a session with Damon at Nord Help Desk. FANTASTIC experience. Patient. Knowledgeable. Kind. Considerate. Felt completely at ease asking every question. The kind of help Damon offered was nothing short of EXCELLENT -- and increasingly rare. I'll have other questions, no doubt. Hope Damon is at the other end of the 'conversation.' Gives Nord a very good name!

Outstanding troubleshooting and problem resolution.
Emmett was very helpful (as was the rest of the team on the initial call). Quickly sorted out possible problems, recommended a solution (installed latest version of the app). Problem solved. Very prompt, polite, professional.
