Recently purchased the NordVPN service. Had everything setup correctly within minutes. Contacted customer service and was connected to Martin. Amazing customer service, friendly and incredibly helpful! Put my mind at ease immediately! One of the best experiences I've had with online chat customer service in quite some time! Definitely made me glad to have chosen this company over some of the competitors!

I have been a Nord VPN customer for several years. It is reasonably priced and easy to use on all my computers and smart phones. I have traveled out of the country twice in the last few months and felt very safe using public wifi with my Nord VPN working in the background.

I was having trouble with my account…
I was having trouble with my account and reached out to the customer service to help me figure out the problem. My account was automatically renewed and wasn't happy. When I spoke to Adam, I was ready to cancel but he found a better plan for the same price I had already paid. I had found a better plan elsewhere but with his intervention, he managed to make his plan the best. Thank you Adam!! You made a happy continued customer!!

Great friendly service!
I was working with an initial agent who did his best and then eventually kicked over to Evan who went through every possible solution and was very friendly. We figured out my issue after trying several solutions and I'm glad we persevered and tried all the fixes and finally landed on the right one.
