Great customer service
I was having an issue with loss of connectivity to servers, as well as an issue with my billing and subscription details. Jess helped me figure out the billing and subscription details quickly and was incredibly helpful before referring me to Brad for help with my technical issues. He was knowledgeable and immediately had a solution to my problem that has so far worked. Both were easy to communicate with and have made the decision to stick with NordVPN for the foreseeable future an easy one.

I've used NordVPN for 10 years or so
I've used NordVPN for 10 years or so. I renew for 3 years at a time. I recommend it to all my clients (I build and repair PC's) and no one has ever had any problems. One client, while traveling in Europe, had a problem with the VPN she was using. My advice was to ditch that other VPN and get Nord. She did and poof! No problems. Fast, reliable, awesome.
