They refunded the automated charging…
They refunded the automated charging witought an issue. That's not a rip off and tottally good customer service. Even in other languages! Amazing tool :)

NordVPN a worthwhile change
Having used the 'most expensive' VPN (which did a great job), I'm pleased to say that NordVPN is right up there and at a substantially reduced cost. If you are a pensioner or still just working on your first billion, this matters. The NordVPN after-sales service is also excellent, if there are complications and/or tweaks required. It isn't perfect, but I'm most definitely a happy customer.

Great customer service
I originally purchased the 2-year subscription offer, which was renewed at a much higher price after the 2-year period was over. Upon contacting their chat support, Nord refunded me (the very next day). Support agent was lovely and helpful, and it was quick to get a chat agent on the line (in German language, even) although it was a Sunday. The program itself is a good VPN, I just do not have a use for it currently and at the regular, non-offer price find it a little expensive.
