I misspelled my email when creating my account.
I misspelled my email when creating my account and got it fixed quickly by the live chat. It was super useful to have that function on the site. Jess who helped me fix my mistake was very professional and polite.

Purchased Nord VPN but could not…
Purchased Nord VPN but could not install it on the router. After connecting to Chat and navigating through the BOT, I was finally connected to Brad. We worked together to identify the router and it's options for VPN via screen shots and Brad was able to identify my router was not up to snuff. After determining the number and type of devices which will be used, he explained how to go about installing the software app for the devices. Unable to send E-mail
Was unable to send e-mail through Outlook when connected to VPN. After being volleyed around from dept to dept at Bell for 45 minutes, I gave up. Chatted with Agnes at NORD and problem was resolved tickety-boo.
