Australian connection.
I had a problem with australian connection, yet a custommer service - Kayla, were very helpfull and after some time we managed to find a solution. I might get used to NORDVPN after all.

Nord VPN works well
Nord VPN works well. Not very clearly shown how to set up auto log on but got there eventually without much assistance that was useful. More coaching needed, not all of us are IT specialists or that young.

Service was great!!! I'm a long time user of NordVPN and have been meaning to renew my subscription with one of the many deals but I just let time get away from me and forgot about the auto renew. So comes today and I see a auto renewal text, not the end of the world but bit annoying as there are deals always going on. thought it would be worth a shot just cancelling the one year and just buying the discounted rate the website. I wanted a refund at first
I wanted a refund at first, it was such a hassle browsing the web and I kept getting kicked from CSGO randomly but Nina helped me change the settings and everything is working perfectly now. Nina was great, wish I could request her every time I have a question, thanks again!
