They canceled my account wrongly
They canceled my account wrongly, interrupting my work, but were quick to turn it on quickly again when I asked them to. Harper was particularly helpful.

Just finished installing NordVPN today
Just finished installing NordVPN today. It was really simple to on my iphones and ipad, but proved a little more challenging on the windows 10 laptop. The threat protection feature protested and needed new DNS settings. Contacted Nord support via chat and Khai talked me through it and all is working perfectly now. Great service guys! Great product!!! VPN is performing really fast! Well satisfied. Thanks.

Good support
Brad was my agent for my support experience. Very helpful and patient during the entire process. Ended up finding an answer to my issue but which isn't ideal but allows me to find alternative options. At least fixed half the issue.
