I wanted to subscribe and pay using paypal and did not have the option to, Help came quickly and Vicky helped me and solved my problem! and while doing that she also offered me a discount for my subscription, What a good first experience with NordVPN!

I've hesitated getting a VPN
I've hesitated getting a VPN, comparing different ones and options. My son has and recommended NordVPN, I must say It's one of the best thing I've done, takes care so many things I don't worry any more.

Eryc helped me a lot
The customer support Eryc helped me with an unstable connection problem by guiding me to generate a diagnosis report and switching between some DNS and protocols. Eryc is very knowledgeable about my issues, and responded very fast. It is a great experience and problem solved in 10 minutes. I'm very happy about this chat.
