I had a billing snafu with NordVPN…
I had a billing snafu with NordVPN where I was charged 3 times for my annual renewal license. This error occurred as a result of a timing issue with me updating my payment credentials. I contacted NordVPN customer support via email and they jumped right on the problem, acknowledged the issue, and issued a credit for the overbill instantly. Fantastic customer support!!!

Solved Arcane Linux Problem Instantly
I had what I thought was a really hard problem using Nordvpn from the command line on Linux. I use a software mouse and it stopped working as soon as I turned Nordvpn on on the server laptop. I chatted with Daryl and he solved the problem and sent the exact linux command to enter in less time than it took me to write this comment.

Can't access local shared folders
My problem: Can't access my local shared folder after connected to VPN server The support: use ip address of the device. My review: Martin's support is clear and direct, and very helpful.
