Excellent after sales service
I had problem in connecting VPN, so contacted Nord VPN support. The support engineer named, Peyton provided me all the minute details to fix the problem. My problem was solved and I am super happy.

Just a quick heads up for Amazon customers
Just a quick heads up for Amazon customers, I have tried to access the Prime Video contents for U.S. residents using the Nord VPN and somehow Amazon was able to detect that I was logging in from Brazil and did not allow the full access since I was based in Brazil. Other than that, it works like a breeze, I am very satisfied.

Aiden from NordVPN extremely helpful and knowledgeable
I setup OpenVPN on my DD-WRT router and I was looking to exclude some device not to route through VPN Tunnel. Aiden helped me very quickly and guided me in the right direction. I have advanced knowledge on networking so creating subnets was not big thing for me. Aiden was very helpful and even he provided the link how to create subnets automatically through online website.
