Could not Activate Account after Security Update
I installed the latest security update but was unable to 'Activate' my account. I talked to Amelia who was very helpful in resolving the problem which was my own doing. While installing the securing update it logged me out and when I logged back in I used an inactive email account. It turned out that I used my wife's email to create the account. Amelia got me on the right path to the correct email and was very patient with me. Thanks!

Very helpful online chat with operator Manson
I'm new to NordVPN and immediately had problems doind what I had intended. The online chat function and assistant [Manson] was very helpful and gave me a number of options for resolution.

Lorelai helped me install their app while dealing with a very frustrating connection issue that Verizon or Microsoft could not solve. After getting set up everything worked!

Fantastic VPN and top notch service

Had a problem with my account, turns out I was just dumb
Couln't connect, so I did all the FAQ, and then was connected to Manfred, who swiftly connected me to Zoe as we resolved the issue. Just logged in with the wrong account that was all Cheers!
