Nord customer service ,excellent ( so far )
I just signed up with Nord today via Amazon .Payment taken ,no service .Contacted Amazon ,very quick response very polite and helpful contact but.........still no service . After a couple of hours I tried NORD for an answer .....absolutely brilliant .Helped by a fella called Magnus ,nothing was too much trouble and very patient couldn`t ask for more .I wish all help chat lines were like this !!!

Lucas good support worker
I hopped on a live chat with Lucas, and he knew exactly how to fix the problems I was having. He also responded insanely quick with useful responses - it was by far the shortest yet most helpful customer support session I've ever had with any company. Give that man a raise.

I'm a total boomer
I'm a total boomer. Elizabeth helped me to undo some of my son's handy work and got me back to some of the mind-numbing shows I so desperately need, and can only be found in other Countries. She spent way too long with a person who couldn't even take a snapshot. Bless her. Thanks!

Thanks to Griff now i can use NordVPN
I've been having issues using NordVpn for so long time. Never contacted with Support before then i give it a try. And Griff really good support helped my problem. He also responded quick with useful responses. Wish i contacted the support before

Works very well . Once in awhile I need to pause it to get on a web page .... over all would recommend Nord VPN
