Karson not only solved my problem quickly, he then took extra time to take care of the next logical steps, saving me from having to do those through the website.

thank you Lucas
I wanna say a huge thank you to Lucas ! He did not only help me to solve a problem I was having in no time, but he was also super nice and patient with me along the way. I don't normally write reviews, but this charming person definitely deserves it. Give him a promotion already !

Amelia was amazing
Amelia was amazing. Have paid for NordVPN for about 2 years now and tried multiple times to figure it out, unsuccessfully. Today, after a bit of struggling and insisting that I be able to 'chat' with a human being, I got Amelia. She sorted me out in no time. Got the hang of it pretty quickly and now have it going on 3 devices. Yeah Amelia! Get that girl (presumed) a raise. My heroine. Truly, Alice Verbaas, Toronto, Canada

OMIGOSH thankies anya!!
Anya is a wizard, a master of the forbidden arts who told me such secrets the likes of which I will never forget. Great tool!
Very easy to use and very efficient. Not too expensive, in short an ideal tool if you want to prevent haccking, spoofing, phishing, etc.

Well done Gentlemen. Have a virtual beer on me.
On or about the early morning of June 18 2022, I opened a chat with Alex whom professionally and courteously did what he could to help with an error message with the Chrome Store NordVPN app, then transferred me to Mason for additional assistance. Mason kindly guided and introduced me to the fix using the Linux Mint terminal commands. THIS IS THE WAY SUPPORT IS SUPPOSE TO WORK. WELL DONE.
