Evan has diagnosed my problems and solved them in a professional and engaged manner
I had several problems that disabled my Nord VPN from technical and billing. Evan was instrumental in solving all of my problems in a professional manner. He asked the right questions to analyze my issues and arrived at a solution. After I applied his solutions Evan stayed on chat until Nord VPN was working properly. He deserves kudos and recognition.
