For years now, I have been using NordVPN, which is one of the best around and certainly has some of the best offers. Just received an email about my renewal and had some questions. Both Zoe and Louis helped me out through live chat - which is quick, useful and friendly, as the email was not completely clear about my options (i.e. the best offer available). Brooke was an excellent help in resolving my issue. I was not able to get onto Sling while visiting Canada and she instructed me on how to do that. We had a few glitches, but she was patient and stuck with me until the end. She is a definite asset to this company. Thanks Brooke!

Easy cancellation and refund. Was getting blocked by various services due to NAT address getting flagged for abuse. Purchased a Dedicated IP address, only to learn that I'd then have route all my traffic through LosAngeles, which is too far away for 24/7 usage (Dallas and Buffalo are even farther).
