Needed extra help to get my Asus VPN router configured properly for streaming services. Brad from Nord VPN tech support was amazing, helped us solve a complex issue with patience. George and the Chat Team Saved the Day!
George, Ethan and Kayla (my NordVPN online chat team) patiently helped me through a somewhat difficult process to change my email contact info. The difficulty was of my own making, and they treated me kindly at each step. They put a very human and considerate touch on what can be a very cold and sterile online process. I was charged $99 for one year on auto…
I was charged $99 for one year on auto renewal. There was an offer for two years at $78.96. I didnot want to cancel my subscription so Jess at Nordvpn offered me an additional 18 months, thats 30 months for the same price.
