Great service
I was having issues connecting to hulu, the support walked me through the steps to fixing it and tried multiple solutions when one wasn't working. They also had super quick response time and resolved the issue quickly

Membership Cancelation Success
I was confused as to why the app was booting me out conveniently as I was wanting to cancel my membership. Was having difficulties. But I decided to go to customer service for assistance and Magnus handled my situation well. Quick, fast and easy. Made me realize something from his helpful nature and his pleasant way of communicating. Thank you again Magnus. :)

Persistent problem solved
Persistent problem solved. I could neither open nor delete and reinstall NordVPN, while the app was obviously working in the background. It took almost two hours of discussion in the chat, but with patience and a lot of deliberation, I managed to get NordVPN up and running again. Many thanks Blake for your patience, and for solving the problem!
