Skillful communication and great live person-to-person service
I had a very frustrating time with connecting to website and then I find this amazing online Live Chatting box on Nord. Miles has been so patient and supportive. And he literally helped me go through all the steps one by one and help me figure out the problem and finally get me connected. I do appreciate the patient support and kind help. Thank you so much!

Billing adjustment customer service
I contacted online customer service and was connected to Evan after less than a 5 second wait. Which was amazing. I had my auto renew set and was billed $99 for only one year. I originally paid $99 for 3 years. They no longer had that deal but because of being a customer for 3 years already he offered to (without any negotiating) to extend my plan to 30 months. With inflation the way it is I expect prices to go up and to essentially get almost the same deal I got 3 years ago made me happy. ...

My issue in yahoo mail..."no internet…
My issue in yahoo mail..."no internet connection" Lucas changed a setting within Nord and my issue seems to have disappeared. Great work Lucas.
