They have developed a high quality product that does a really good job, the connection no longer drops out and you have great access to a number of global servers. You also have quite a few optional settings not found on other vpn's on the market. Its worth the little extra and I do feel genuinely safe. And updates are automatic and regular

Effortless Dedicated IP change
I have been a NORD customer for some time. I decided to purchase a Dedicated IP address but unfortunately picked the wrong host country. Nord were extremely efficient in providing advice on changing it over and also informed me that I could change it once during the contract period without charge. Completely satisfied with their service to date.

I purchased a dedicated IP from Nord VPN for using it on my ASUS router. Couldn't find the config file for the IP on the Nord VPN site. Sal Vergas of Nord VPN took care of the issue promptly. Thanks for the great support.

It's not always the software/app
I ran into an issue where my IP address wasn't updating based on whichever Nord server I was routed to. Reached out to their customer service and turned out my device was incorrectly setup. Followed their easy steps and bingo! Haven't had an issue since 👍
