Thanks Simon, sorry my connection is ill
My internet connection is pretty bad, so I wasn't able to make use of it for long, but the service is good. Simon from customer support helped me get it all sorted out, and, while I can't use the service anymore, he kindly helped me through the refund and my unrelated meltdown. The customer support made my rough day a lot better.

I've had a fantastic experience with NordVPN, I started paying for the product at a promotional price and was pleasantly surprised with its range of remote locations. When I had an issue and needed to cancel my subscription a very professional and kind employee named Kasper helped me with my situation politely and quickly. I have every intention on returning as a customer in the future.

NordVPN is a great product and has great costumer service
NordVPN is a great product/service. It protects your privacy and always works great. You got apps for every device possible and it is even possible to install on certain routers. I am costumer for a couple of years now and this year my subscription got renewed. Because of circumstances at home I forgot to review my subscription and couldn't apply for a discount. I made contact with costumer service and Wade helped me with a great addition to my subscription. I would certainly recommend NordVPN!
