I used the customer support chat box for help to switch my premium subscription to the plus subscription and it was much simpler than I thought! It was quick and easy. I typed in my question and the chat box responded. Because of my issue I was put in contact with live support to get a refund and got in contact with Customer Success Manager Simon, he was courteous and helpful and fixed my problem.
