Happy User in Portugal

Getting a refund within the 30-day period is a breeze
I tried Nord out for a month as I was expecting I might need it for a new job I just started. I didn't end up needing it, and going through the live chat with a Nord rep was a breeze! I was connected with Simon, who was incredibly friendly and a speedy responder. Simon took care of refunding me for my initial purchase in no time. Give this individual a raise!

Excellent customer service!
Don from customer service was excellent and very helpful. I had an issue related to a cashback offer that I didn't receive from my vendor. I appreciate the support he provided to me to help me get the cashback from the vendor.

Great customer service
I was having trouble with connecting my router to the VPN, and the live chat was very helpful. The tech support guy, Garfield, worked with me through several solutions until we found the one that fixed the problem. He was great!

Definitely good!
I've been using NordVPN for 2 years now on several devices and I hardly ever face any issues. Speed is good, usability is good, I's say it does what it is supposed to do.
