I had a great experience with NordVPN customer support. I received assistance from Bethany today regarding an issue enabling mesh net in Linux. Bethany was kind and very helpful while discussing and troubleshooting my technical issue.

help with Threat Protection
I was having issues with enabling/disabling "Threat Protection" and had a chat with Piper! She was great at communicating with this 71 year old man and helped me step by step. She even walked me through taking a screen shot. She is very professional, knows her stuff and if I was the Nord CEO, I would give Piper a raise in pay. She is an asset to the company!

After much research of VPN providers, I settled upon NordVPN. In my case, I needed a VPN provider who provides a dedicated IP. Nova helped get me all set up with the base service AND the dedicated IP service, and even provided me a promotional coupon to help get a better deal.
