I recently made an error and spent way too much than I thought I was going to and went onto their live chat for help and I spoke to a man called Jimmy and he was so helpful and informative and calmed me down a lot. If you're seeing this Jimmy, you're the best customer service man I've ever had!

IMHO best customer service of any tech…
IMHO best customer service of any tech company out there. Once again NordVPN saved the day for me by patiently troubleshooting my problem and implementing a team approach so that I new I was working with the best expert on hand for my problem.

What’s not to like
What’s not to like? I have 3 devices covered and wouldn’t change anything other than there are some sites that block me when I’m on VPN, even whilst connected in my home state.

NordVPN Customer Service
I forgot my login details since I changed my phone but I remember making the payment. I had to send evidence of payment, date etc. After a while agent came back with my email address which I totally forgot about. I would have lost 2 yrs subscription. Thank you so much NordVPN.
