I recently made an error and spent way too much than I thought I was going to and went onto their live chat for help and I spoke to a man called Jimmy and he was so helpful and informative and calmed me down a lot. If you're seeing this Jimmy, you're the best customer service man I've ever had!

Great price, great product and great service!!!
I’ve been using NordVPN for over 3 years now. Overall, the internet connection is great 85% of the time. Every now and then I have to switch servers due to connectivity issues. I’ve had to contact the client services team twice. Both times my issues were resolved quickly, professionally and to my satisfaction.

Account Recovery
Someone cracked my account and purchased a 2-year plan on it, within minutes of me clicking the "help" button, I was speaking with a knowledgeable and speedy representative. I got my refund, and my previous plan was reactivated with the remainder of the duration given back. Thanks, Jimmy!

NordVPN is the best
NordVPN is the best! As a gamer, sometimes I like to play in different regions around the world, and Nord has so many servers to choose from with great connection speeds! If you're looking for a VPN, Nord is the way to go!

Georgie Was amazing
I was locked out of my nordvpn account due to my MFA app data not transferring to my new device. Georgie was able to work with me to get this restored. I was pretty frustrated but Georgie was very patient with me and very professional in helping me along to get the issue fixed and everything authenticated for the reset.
