I was in chat with Marybeth from NORD…
I was in chat with Marybeth from NORD VPN. I was having problems with connecting to the USA netflix. It turns out i was doing it wrong. I was meant to log into the USA vpn first then Netflix, i was doing it the other way around. (I am a numpty lol) Marybeth was great and had lots of patience with me.

Madeline was fast and helpful. I don't use the vpn on daily basis, asked for a refund and the problem was solved in less than 2 minutes.

Excellent product
Excellent product! Works as promised with no bloat or lag, prefect for online gaming. Marina was amazing, and helped me with some minor troubleshooting today (user error). I will continue to use NORD moving forward!!!

I had a small problem with connectivity but the online help sorted it in seconds. The VPN is pretty good!

Great price, great product and great service!!!
I’ve been using NordVPN for over 3 years now. Overall, the internet connection is great 85% of the time. Every now and then I have to switch servers due to connectivity issues. I’ve had to contact the client services team twice. Both times my issues were resolved quickly, professionally and to my satisfaction.

Account Recovery
Someone cracked my account and purchased a 2-year plan on it, within minutes of me clicking the "help" button, I was speaking with a knowledgeable and speedy representative. I got my refund, and my previous plan was reactivated with the remainder of the duration given back. Thanks, Jimmy!

NordVPN is the best! As a gamer, sometimes I like to play in different regions around the world, and Nord has so many servers to choose from with great connection speeds! If you're looking for a VPN, Nord is the way to go!
