I was assisted by Garfield who walked me through several steps to assist my issues, it appeared to be a possible issue with my browser but either way it was resolved. I fear that this isn't the last time this will happen but I will be back if it isn't working again based on the service I have received.

Not cheap but value for money
Good experience with NordVPN Does exactly what it says on the box. Support is timely, responsive and helpful. As a VPN they’re not cheap, but you get what you pay for.
